Food here is great but some of the delivery drivers are harsh and won't leave the residence without a tip. If you order from here make sure you eat at the restaurant or pick it up yourselves. They used to be great. I was so excited to go back there after having moved away many years ago, but that quickly turned very sour indeed. First, they said they don't make any of the subs we had always eaten there for many years, even though they are still on the overhead menu... Ridiculous. Second, I decided to get a steak and cheese sub and very clearly asked for DOUBLE extra cheese and they didn't do it. Unacceptable ignorance. Third, it was just plain horrible. It tasted like it was cooked on a disgusting grill that hasn't been cleaned in a very, very, long time, so I threw it in the trash where it belongs. Nasty. Fourth my mother's Italian sub had no cheese on it at all, very little taste, and the bread was lousy. She asked for extra olive oil, and they didn't do that either. Lazy incompetence. Fifth, my daughters turkey, lettuce and black olive sub was inedible as well. The turkey had no flavor at all and she was disgusted with it. Total waste of money. Pitiful. We live over an hour and a half away from the place, so going back to return their garbage and get a VERY justified refund, is not going to happen. What was once my absolute favorite place to get subs, is now a place I will never make the mistake of going to again. Such a shame. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Very relaxing late lunch with a generous steak tip on Greek salad. It was delicious . Enough for a second meal. Took it home. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Since 20 years here. mostly good experience. tonight it was a salate. salat was $9 and changed. I only had a $20 bill in my wallet. Give it to the owner. he opens the drawer, tilts the bill in register and slides the 20 dollar bill in, counts some change and draws a 10 dollar bill out of the drawer. he gives me the change that still holds the 10 in his hand. I kill the change of the drink cup and wait for my 10. he says good night. I'll answer, I gave you 20. he keeps the 10 in his hand and answers, no, you gave me 10. Now, I know that the guy honestly believed that he looked a little tired. I won't be back.

Price increases and much less food. the customer service was worse than ever and you never get a smile in this place. The negative reviews here are the accuracy of this pizza connection. a few years back they were decent, but have completely left the hill when it comes to eating and absolutely the worst personal.
