Feedback gevenI ordered a small Classic pizza with Sausage and wings. The pizza I received did not have the pepperoni. I called and the manager made me a fresh pizza and had it redelivered. It arrived hot and delicious. I wish all restaurants cared about customer service they way Sorrento's does. Give Sorrento's Shelby a try if you haven't. Thank you Sorrento's for caring about your customers.
Love the food. People working there are amazing and hard workers. Kid-friendliness: Always welcome the kids. Did great for my wild son while waiting.
The new owners are doing a great job! The square pizza had plenty of toppings, hot, and had the perfect crunch. We will be back!
I always order the a pizza and spaghetti BUT tonight I was told I had to pay with a card no longer allowed to pay at the door. The girl on the phone was rude too. I been ordering for years. This was tonight Saturday 7/6. Last weekend it was no delivers bc no one was able to drive. I don't know what happen to this place but will not order from them again.
Ordered a small catering order with Sorrento’s on Thursday to pick it up on Saturday for a graduation. I ordered half pan of roasted potatoes, half pan of chicken strips, a 3 ft sub. I asked for the sub to be cut as this was for an event. I got there at the time of pickup saw that the sub was not cut up. I was very upset when I was promised on the phone the sub would be cut up to serve to guests. The front desk person or manager stated they didn’t have boxes to put the subs in, along with him stating that if they cut it, the sub would go everywhere. How is that the customer’s problem if the paying customer specifically states they would like it cut up? How is the customer supposed to cut this sub if you can’t!? As they proceed to say they have no boxes, they “kindly” gave me an unopened commercial cutting board to cut the subs. WHAT! WILL NOT be ordering from this location again.
