Cactus Saloon - TOWNSVILLE CITY

This Mexican-themed restaurant is the only place that offers Tequila Tuesday specials. With three levels to relax on, including a top level with another bar, it's a great place to hang out. The bouncers are friendlier than most on Flinders Street and the service is quick. I highly recommend it.

My girlfriend and I were a bit unsure when we walked into this restaurant for lunch, but we were pleasantly surprised. The service was fast and friendly, and we both enjoyed the delicious pulled pork burgers. The craft beer selection on tap was also impressive.

I stopped by on a Friday evening before heading to a nearby restaurant for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to be offered free wings if we checked in on Facebook. We ordered the Franks hot wings (which are authentic - check out my other reviews, as I love real Buffalo wings) so what could go wrong? Free wings, cold beer, and quality bourbon - we loved it. We will definitely be back, and I will be sure to eat more wings next time.

The only place that makes tequila Tuesday basics is Mexican themes and has three levels to cool (the upper level has another bar). Bouncers are friendly then most on flinders and service is fast, I definitely recommend.

I love Mexican food, so decided to try this restaurant while I was in the city's business. I wasn't disappointed. The service was very good. Beverage waiter came and took my order and then the food waiter took this order too. Both came in good time and as for the meal, it was nice. Very nice. It was nice to sit high and see the road to the marina. I'm sure I'll eat there when I'm next in town.
