Hog's Breath Cafe - TOWNSVILLE CITY

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food, we had ribs and steak was cooked to perfection. With the ribs is literally fell off the bone and the steak was medium rare as it should be. Would certainly love to return.

Fantastic steak cooked to perfection. Very little waiting time for anything ordered. The beer was ice cold beers. Atmosphere is always fantastic with all the sporting memorabilia on the walls. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

We dinned here early on a Tuesday night with two kids (ages 7 and 8 years). We were greeted and seated quickly by a friendly waiter. Took a while for drink orders to be taken - however manager (owner?) apologised when he realised we hadn't been served and explained he had a new team members in training. From then on, service was efficient and very friendly. Felt like the manager went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. Meals were served in a good time frame. Prime Rib was delicious and perfectly cooked. Kids meals at $9.95 including a drink and ice-cream is good value. Kids were rapt they received a snap band for handing in their coloring in.

Only been to a couple of Hog's Breath (other's in SEQ) but this is by far the best. Good service, good food, more than generous servings. Great place to watch V8s on TV & hear them go past - nothing like watching the race in comfort :) Group of us (13) also enjoyed dinner one night. Hogster & girls came around table - how good's that! They certainly look after you here. See you next year.

Very typical Hog's Breath. The 'new' menu wasn't so inspiring and the drinks choice was severely curtailed. The rushed service and extreme background noise make for a not too comfortable experience.
