On Friday, February 4th, 2022 around 12:30 PM, the drive-through order system was not working, so customers had to place their orders with a staff member, causing a backlog of cars. Despite the pressure, a young girl taking orders remained professional, cheerful, upbeat, and pleasant. She truly stood out as a valuable asset to the business and deserve recognition for her exceptional customer service. She should be rewarded for her hard work.

I frequently visit this restaurant for a frozen coke. The Whoppers are delicious, but I am not a fan of the cheeseburgers with BBQ sauce. However, the caramel shakes are amazing and definitely worth trying.

I received excellent customer service this morning from a manager named Kerri. She was very sweet and kind. The restaurant also serves the best tasting Diet Coke.

Had a nice coffee from here this morning, took me Abit to figure out the new lid system but I put that down to being a man, we don't do simple, was a nice coffee that hit the spot that needed and expected from hungry Jack's, and the staff where nice.

Lady, who took the command, had no manage when we went through the drive thru. could not smile or manate. had no gloves when she put the straws in our drinks.
