Pancake Shack - Townsville

I have a history with pancakes, enjoying them once a week while growing up. Whenever I travel abroad, I always make a point to try them out. They never disappoint, as they are always delicious and satisfying. This restaurant lived up to my expectations, as their pancakes were amazing and reasonably priced.

We noticed this place the night before on a walk around TownsvilleOpened nice and early, 7:30am, which is great for travellers who need to check out.

Having breakfast or brunch at Betty Blue is always a great experience. The only downside is the wait times on weekends, but this is typical for a café.

I ordered the cheesy toast with chorizo, avocado, and one egg.
