Street Food - Townsville

A charming little cafe style food with menu elements or ready to go options. The food was fresh, tasteful and cheap. The Lord who took my order was a pleasure to chat with and made me feel exceptionally welcome. I would recommend this cafe for a quick bite or for a full sit down menu.

My partner and I had breakfast here this morning... we were greeted with smiles by a nice young lady on the front counter who had our orders that I had the best eggs banidect I ever had! The eggs were cooked for perfection and the Hollandaise sauce was dying! My partner ordered a lamb gyros, the coal boiled lamb was filled with taste and the Pita bread was light and fluffy! My partner had many cyroses in his time and he said it was 5 stars! Our coffees were also easy to top from an amazing breakfast! Very talented young cook! We found our breakfast place when we are safe in Townsville! Thanks for seeing you next time!

Delicious beef pie with a red wine reduction, the feta and spinach quiche was beautifully seasoned and the service is great. There was a little confusion about some fries we ordered that went to another table but rather than make up stories they apologised and rectified the mistake straight away. The fries were definitely worth the wait.

Can't fault the staff and their service, greeted me with a smile and were very quick. The two boys working yesterday were great.. However, maybe it was my mistake to get a pie at a Greek Restaurant but it was possibly the worst pie I have ever eaten, I couldn't even finish it. Dry and burnt crust that was rock hard and hard even to bite through, the meat inside was burnt on the bits closest to the crust and dry overall. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but my 3 star review is fair. I'll have to try something else next time.

My husband purchased it for my lunch. Pretty yam. I wonder how many calories is in it.
