My rating is not for the food, but for the lack of customer service I get across the counter or over the phone. Not good at all

The 2 stars are mainly for customer service. the girl at the front is extremely rude every time we have been there, so it doesn't even get out. other then the rude service, the butter huhn is not too bad masala is better. the naanbrot here is but our favorite in townsville! pity for the service, otherwise we would be regular customers due to the amazing naan brot.

We are long term customers and I am a little puzzled by some of the recent negative reviews. Our experience has always been good and consistent over time. We usually order the same dishes so we would notice any change over time. It's not the best curry ever but it is good, They don't give you huge portions, but I'm a big eater and they certainly don't leave you hungry. Very happy with my experience at this takeaway.

I would like to shout out the fact your restaurant has affordable Nan Bread, Other restaurants were charging 5 dollar per Nan which is insulting no family could afford that just for bread. Secondly your servings of rice are very generous. I ordered 3 diverse Curries and they were pretty good and very affordable. I just want to say thank you for having a decent butter chicken. It didn’t taste fake and had some flavour, it could of been a little spicier but a good balance. All in all the experience was good, well done
