Bonchon Seven Hills - Towson

This place was great when it opened, and has gone downhill, especially in the past few months. Refer to the photo for the laughable size of the so-called side. It used to be 5x more than this before Oct. 2021. The size of the drumstick has greatly shrunk too. I thought it was temporary, but it's been worse recently. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this store.

I had the bulgogi and the soy garlic wings. I wasn't too impressed with the bulgogi, but it was still decent. I'd definitely order a larger size of these wings because they were delicious! My husband had spicy and he enjoyed his. Oh and the black cherry soda is so good!

As a Korean American, I wanted to support an Asian owned business. I?m sad I did. I waited for 30 minutes for my food only to find out it accidentally got put in the to-go pick up food. I had to walk up and ask where my food was. I didn?t get an apology or explanation.

Never again! Used to love bonchon and order every week. I ordered bulldak chicken which is served with tteobokki not present and white rice which they didn?t send . The dish that is supposed to be stir fried looks like stew, katsu is burnt. The size of the drumstick for the price is laughable. Do not recommend!

Terrible experience, and probably the last time our household orders food from this company. We ordered 30 piece strips, and received a partially destroyed box with pieces of chicken averaging about the size of a half-dollar, maybe smaller. A few of the pieces literally had no chicken, and were just clumps of fry batter. The sides of pickled radish we ordered came completely unpickled; just poorly diced raw radish. I held off posting this review pending a response from their website issue submission system, but received a generic robo response, and no hope of a refund for this humorously expensive garbage
