Subway - Towson

I believe I've written about this Subway location before, and I can confidently say that it consistently offers friendly service and fresh food. This location exemplifies the high standards of excellence I look for, even when ordering takeout. I encourage others to stop by and see for themselves. Kudos to the management and staff for their great work!

For over eight years, I have consistently received excellent service at this restaurant. The staff is always polite and patient. Today, while I was waiting to place my order, I observed another customer creating a scene, loudly complaining and verbally attacking the employees while making their order. The Subway worker handled the situation with remarkable grace and courtesy, accommodating every demand from the irate customer with a genuine smile. It wasn't a forced smile that suggested they wished they could do something else; it was a heartfelt expression that communicated, "Of course, anything you need. You’re the customer, and I’m here to help." I was truly impressed and humbled by the level of service provided to someone who clearly sought to belittle others. I will continue to patronize this location, not just because the food is good, but because it may offer the best service I've ever experienced in any fast food restaurant.

I visited Subway today, April 15th, 2021, and ordered a BLT. I was puzzled when the guy toasted the bacon on top of the bread instead of warming it up separately. The bread felt like rubber, making it difficult to bite through. If you're looking for a real sub, I recommend going to Jersey Mike's. They don't skimp on the meat, and their bread is always fresh.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service. I'm consistently happy with my orders here. Occasionally, I find it a bit challenging to understand them due to their strong accents, but their food is fantastic. My only concern is that they use incense candles in the shop. At times, the scent from the candles seeps into the food, giving it an unusual taste. For instance, I've noticed that sub rolls, deli meats, and even tuna sometimes take on the flavor of whatever candle is being burned. Aside from that, everything else is great!

As someone who works at a subway back home, just annoyed by the lack of care by the workers. Also they are quick to be belligerent if you ask questions pertaining to things like rewards. Overall poor service.
