Sake Central Saigon

First off the mood and overall ambience is stunning. As you make your way up the dimly lit staircase surrounded by textured wooden walls you can tell these guys paid attention to every detail, I mean even the bathroom is cool. As a photographer I’m a very visual person and I love the overall aesthetic of this place. Our server was spot on (I’m not British but I felt this phrase was appropriate here) pairing the sake with our selected dishes. As a vegetarian I was doubtful I’d have many if any food options but to my surprise there was a lot to choose from; tofu, eggplant, kimchi , and more but I can’t remember what they were. Also plenty of meat dishes for those normal eaters out there .The standout dish for me was that delicious eggplant , definitely doubling up on that next time. Superb experience, consider me a regular.

Amazing Sake, lovely interior design , good music and good vibe, would be my most favourite hang out spot .
