Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Tracy

The store is clean, but music is at full blast so you have to yell to the person sitting across from you just to hear them. Took 40 minutes to make a chicken plate and a mini meal. 4 customers after us got their meals before us. Then, when we got our meal, they messed up the plate and said it'd be another 10mins. The mini meal was Luke warm. I'd rather go to L&L across the way.

The food was hot and really good. I'm glad I'm retired now, I did have to wait almost a half an hour for my food if I had been working I would have not made it back in time.

The food is delicious here, but the attitude from the store is so-so.I am still good to give 5 stars here due to the food since we do not need to pay tips here.

First time we try this Rest. and was good, fast service and clean place oh and not too expensive ??

Aside from the asain manager being super dry and having little to no customer services. I got my food to go and came to find out they did not put a fork nor napkins in the bag. Guess it's time to go to L&L instead
