Subway - Tracy

Never go this store in the morning. Store open hour is 8:00 am and worker just show up 8:01 am and told me they are not ready. When I asked if you are not ready why your store hours 8:00am and answer is because slow ! If it is slow change store hour do not make people come here for noting!

Nasty establishment. Flies all over the food, and even worst customer service. Nasty attitude didn’t want to make my sandwich correctly I kept asking me is that it is that it without having any type of patience she dropped on the floor. She dropped my sandwich on the floor and then start screaming when she had to and then started screaming when she had to make a new one.

This location needs to be shut down! Several health hazards and Nasty employees. Poor management. Do Not Eat Here???

Young girl w/ glasses was talking on her cellphone, she didn’t even wash her hands before making the sandwiches. She was extremely rude poor customer service possibly under the influence. She insulted me and my husband saying we are slow and we talk slow too. Nobody else was in the restaurant only me and husband. The lettuce was wilted . I asked for fresh lettuce she got a bad attitude talking bad to me. Lastly she cut my sandwich in half with a dirty knife with buffalo sauce all over it getting buffalo sauce on my turkey sandwich. She didn’t put sticker on my sandwich or even labeled it. I’m extremely disappointed in my visit.

This one star is for the owner and I hope you read this! Not the workers who are great! You are the only who does not participate in the app deals, NFL commercial buy one get one free, and resident coupon deals! Every other subway in Tracy accepts these deals!
