Spyro Gyros Salads - Tradesville

Food was OK, and the staff was friendly, but not all that we look for in a restaurant.

Good food. Not the best customer service. A bit pricey.

I have to say... I have eaten here before... but today was a grave disappointment. I had purchased a gyro there before with a small greek salad and that, my friends, was excellent, but I took the liberty of ordering the Calamari Limonata and Vegetarian Delight ... well I have to say before the almost hour and 45 minutes it took to get here... being literally 5 minutes away. Not impressed and very hungry and upset. The falafal was cold and hard... the calamari was greasy and soggy... the spanakopita was cold and again... greasy. I have to say they use to be very good but there wasn 't even a mention of a refund of anything being on the house... I literally ran outside and stood out there for about 5 min as she casually walked over after seeing me and parking in the wrong place. Unbelievable. I won 't be ordering again... either in person or for a delivery. Oh this was after I called 5 times after getting sent to voicemail 4x 's in a row.

Stop the unabashed trashing of this place and it's ownership. I acknowledge it's not the picture of cleanliness in the entryway or dining area, but the kitchen is what counts and they don't get health violations with any frequency. The Spyro Salad is delicious and a really generous portion...and the platters are great if you're truly starving. The ownership has always been very sweet to deal with. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't open/take phone orders until much later than 11:00am some days. Try it out!
