I went to the restaurant for lunch on a Sunday. I ordered 6 potato cakes and 2 dim sims. I requested that they be freshly cooked as I had to drive home. The staff assured me that they would be good from the Bain Marie, but they were awful. Not only were they cold, but they were also dry and rubbery. I have had them fresh cooked before and they were delicious. I am unlikely to return to this restaurant and I cannot recommend it.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. The waiter who took our order barely spoke or understood English. I asked for two burgers, a can of coke, and a flat white, but he charged me for a flake instead and forgot the flat white. When I corrected him, he insisted that he had already put the order through. Eventually, I was refunded for the fish I did not order, but I was not given an original receipt or informed about additional card fees. When the order came out, it was missing the flat white, a burger, and included the unwanted flake. When I addressed the issue, another customer began to verbally abuse me. Eventually, I was given a receipt for the missing flat white, but when I suggested it should be given to me for free due to the numerous mistakes, I was told I needed to pay for it. After waiting for 25 minutes, I finally received my complete order. The English-speaking chef complained that I had not ordered what I claimed, further emphasizing the importance of clear communication in English. In conclusion, the lack of English proficiency, failure to repeat orders back to customers, and the absence of tax receipts at the time of transaction made for an overall disgraceful experience.

Went to the Traf store with my family and the staff were absolutely wonderful! My kids absolutely loved the ‘Wing Dings’ and the name is so cute and fun to say too! Staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our food and drinks, and cannot express this enough but the coffee was the best I’ve ever had from a fast food/takeaway store!

Simply no one answers the phone because that means work for the senior employee. Chips are given to the customer way undercooked!! No refunds!! My daughter prefers the potatoe cakes from the baymaree. Coz at least the potatoe inside has cooked after sitting for 5hrs. I cant eat them bcoz theyre too hard. Honesly if you want a coffee, go else where. I have complained to management a year ago and its still the same. So minimum chips today cost me $7 and 1Hr and a half. Over it and quality a big No.

Amazing food and great service. Staff are very friendly. Food was delicious definitely recommended the chicken burger.
