Food took over a hour to arrive and was stone cold plus items missing

Exceptionally busy, can be hard to get a inside seat at times.

Absolutely disgusting! How on earth they can deliver someone just bread and chips when I order a chicken burger meal ! Shocking behaviour ! And 2 happy meals that was hard as rock to the touch ! never again !

Absolutely appalling service continuously from this site, will be using another site in future. To have customers sat there 15 mins at a window waiting for food is one thing …. But to then bring the food and not a word coming off your lips so much as “enjoy” or a basic thank you!! Never mind an apology about the wait. Absolutely fuming. Will be contacting head office to deal with this further as it is time after time. I work in the industry, I’ve tried countless times to get it dealt with “in house” by calling the restaurant “nothing can be done” so I will seek advice through head office customer service. It’s common knowledge in this area that this particular site has gone down hill. Manners cost nothing at all, be pleasant! Be polite! SMILE! Not asking for a lot. I do it everyday and yes I’m aware some customers are …. But it really makes the difference of someone leaving a review like this, and someone accepting an apology for a wait on food which I’d of been happy with. It’s the lack of care or consideration knowing we’d been sat there 15 mins. Sorry it’s had to come to this.
