The Tim Bobbin Wetherspoon's Urmston

Impatient young lady, who requires customer service training. Manager unwilling to listen to the customer. I was accused of being passive aggressive and my partner was told he would not be served again purely because he changed the order. We had only just arrived and were told to finish our drinks and leave. The manager said that he was backing his staff. When I asked the staff if my partner was rude she said I 'm not getting involved and I was told I was shouting, which I wasn 't! We have always enjoyed our evenings in there but we will not be returning.

Brought my son here for his usual, a chicken bites basket, and he found it to be scrumdiddlyumptious. The chips were bigger than a baby's arm and so tasty. He says the tables were so clean , and he always leaves the Tim bobbin happier than a very happy thing. Merry Christmas

Me and my friends had been at the pub since the quiz started but at 11 a bar tender ginger pony, came over and accused us of sneaking into the pub after final entry and would not listen to reason or evidence and refused to serve us even though this was untrue and we were not drunk ,one of my friends was sober in-fact and we did not leave the building once however this member of staff was aggressive about her allegations forcing us to leave and ruining our night completely

My local security on at weekend such attitude spoil a nice pub thinks he the police seriously it’s urmston get rid just annoying!!!

It’s the dirtiest place in urmston .The tables have never been cleaned in years and the manager is a waste of space So are the two door men
