I think it's good, but guests can only access 2 out of the 4 pools for free. The rest require payment, and I found the menu to be complex. However, the rooms were excellent and the breakfast was delicious, so I rated it a 4 out of 5.

The hotel is stunning, with elegant furnishings and a peaceful atmosphere. Similar to many European hotels, the beds are single and the tea/coffee offerings are a bit limited. However, overall it was satisfactory. The breakfast options were abundant, delicious, and there was plenty of food available.

The cost is higher than what is provided. We stayed in the deluxe superior room, which was spacious and beautiful. However, our minibar was broken and the staff could not fix it. There was also a dirty filter in our shower that seemed like it could fall out at any moment. Disappointing for the price we paid. The spa was decent, but in need of some repairs. The indoor sauna was too hot while the outdoor one was too cold. The staff at the outdoor pool could have been more attentive as they were only present at the baths and not readily available to take orders. On the bright side, the restaurant was excellent. The only issue was the noise level, otherwise everything was enjoyable. The waitress was lovely and the food was delicious. We opted for the soft drinks package with our meals, which we highly recommend to other guests.

Simple rooms with comfortable beds, beautiful rest area with some different saunas, a hot pool, beds and a cold water bucket. I have heard that there is also an outside area, but in this case it was close when we were there (like the restaurant. I had to eat breakfast, but what I saw was very nice.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Relaxing spa. Only 4 stars because unfortunately WiFi wasn't great, non existent at times and bathroom floor was a little uneven so floor ended up flooded.
