Caramel - TRANI

All restaurants were full on Easterday, so we ended them. a charming place with a charming man. we have a good pasta, but I think the place is best for a drink.

We drove this year to the second time after trani and stumbled on the second day this little picturesque restaurant. it was not open midday and from the busy hot road. my baby had lunch here while we had a few drinks and they ate all the meal. we then knew that this food was amazing as it is restless! we ate during our stay further meal times. the owner is beautiful! the music was brilliant and the atmosphere was so authentic italian I could have stayed there for a lifetime perfect for my family holiday thanks.

Canadian grapes grow over us – a firm for birds, but not men, our host informed us how we sat on our comfortable high-top. that was the first of many nuggets of wisdom that he shared during our relaxing hour or so by aperitivi. the house. wein was delicious – a white wine consisting of black grapes. the owner's demeanor reminded me of the detective dietrich of the TV show barney miller – talk, but on a slow, methodical way. the affetati was of exceptional quality, perfect lean meat as good culatello. the location is great to be of the main course, but still to be observed with many people. we hope to try the pasta!

This bistro/bar has a picturesque and old interior, a very cool place on a hot day. happy hour runs from and it does not seem to close until midnight or when everyone goes home, has not eaten here, but good wine and design beer. my host is a little character.

A little gem in Trani, it became a regular relaxing eating and drinking spot for us. The gentlemen owner also cooks fantastic pasta on demand would recommend to all..
