Green Olive - Traralgon

Came here on a sunny sunday winter afternoon with the objective of having a few quiet brewski's and a bite to eat with my wife and mother in law.Green Olive is sort of split up into two parts the indoor area is a family restaurant area with a seperate glass windowed playground part for young children to muck about, and the other area is a sportsbar with an outside decked beer garden.They had a nice menu of wood fired pizzas of which we ordered the Stockman and the Vesuvius to share between the 3 of us. Pizzas cam out hot, fresh, tasty and full of flavor with non processed ingredients which were very nice which perfectly complemented the glasses of amber we were drinking.Staff were very polite, helpfull and professional and the entire venue was well kept and clean.I will definitely be coming back for more beers and pizza.

Green Olive offers a variety: wood fire pizza and pub favourites.The quality of the food provides value for money. It caters for couples, large groups and families. A word to the wise: couples and sinles are more comfortable near the bar, familes of course near the play room. There is plenty of parking and it is a convenient off highway location.If you are after an infussy feed... you'll find it here.

After standing for 5 minutes at the "please wait to be seated" sign, we went to the bar and asked for a table. Entree was nice, mains pretty ordinary, everything was overcooked, and the waiters lacked basic etiquette.

Stopped here for dinner 12 months ago and it still has great food and atmosphere. keep up the good work

This restaurant is a perfect place to have a lazy relaxing lunch on a beautiful sunny day like today in Traralgon, my son-law came home from work and said it's a perfect day for the green olive and 1 of their awesome pizzas but you can have anything heart desires here for lunch or dinner, morning and afternoon tea time, it's perfect
