Kfc Traralgon

I want to give a big thank you to the young guy at the drive-thru of Traralgon KFC around 8:30 last night. It was the best drive-thru experience I've ever had! It turns out it was his first shift, and his enthusiasm, friendly demeanor, and great personality really shone through! I hope this feedback reaches him. Also, my daughter-in-law went through a little earlier and had the same wonderful experience. Well done, and I hope your enthusiasm lasts!

I visited KFC yesterday, and the food was excellent; however, the service was lacking and seemed chaotic. This might have been due to the extremely hot weather that day.

I just had an excellent experience with customer service from one of the employees here, Connor. All the other staff members have been friendly and helpful during my previous visits as well. It's great to see such warm smiles from the people who prepare and serve the food.

Clean space with more parking spaces. Staff is very friendly

To the staff at KFC Traralgon-I’ve never had to wait for my order and it’s always fresh food and fast service!!! Especially the lunch time crew!!
