Mcdonald's - Traverse City

During our visit on Friday night, one of the 23 young men working the counter did an excellent job. While he was busy with his tasks, he was also attentive and perceptive. He not only waited on us, but also engaged in conversation with the man behind us and managed other tasks efficiently. When we placed our order, he was friendly and offered assistance without hesitation or embarrassment. The service was fantastic. It was a very pleasant experience overall. Kudos to the young man who went above and beyond to help us.

Mcdonalds now costs as much for their normal mediocre quality fast food as going to your average restaurant. Frankly I no longer see the point unless you're in that much of a hurry and also hate your digestive system. Might as well expect to pay $12-$18 per meal. The dollar menu isn't even called that anymore. Maybe drive a little further east and spend about the same at Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's and at least go easy on your insides. The inside is never open so no restrooms and drive through only. Also I think they close super early now Anyway. There used to be at least one McD open 24x7 which would create a use case for going there but even that doesn't happen now. Saving money and simultaneously eating healthier by avoiding this place lol

The food was tasty, but the woman at the drive-through put something in our bag that made me uncomfortable. It seemed strange and flirtatious towards my husband. Very disrespectful.

This is the best McDonalds in Traverse City. The team is so kind, patient, and professional every time I visit. Thanks for making the best breakfast burritos on my way to work.

The food was fresh, but the service was slow. It took over 30 minutes to receive a happy meal and a 10-piece chicken nugget.
