Thai inspired with Cambodian Laos influences, you will find a dish here that 't deliver on taste, even if this taste differs slightly from what you can use. It's different. Make yourself a favor and give this place a try. We just want us not to live 4 hours away because this is in our weekly rotation.
I've tried to leave this review so you can understand my experience best, and this business, but it's not easy to communicate. I've been here for years and enjoy every dish I ordered. It is fresh, has a complex taste profile and the portions are just right. It was also nice to meet the family who works so hard to bring you their food made with love. I guess that's what I taste the most authentic food and communicated love to make it. Thai is open here by a to-go order to dedicate as soon as I got in my truck)
Absolutely delicious. They fit every job for hotness. If you like a lot of spices, start with medium as they do not jump on heat. We had Pad Thai, Peanut Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, Satay, Spring Rolls and Fritted Tofu, which was really good. We'll be back. We ate in. A proposal, the floor was in urgent need of good laundry, but not distract from our joy.
The best Asian food we've eaten for a long time. It was so tasteful, but it tasted so clean. We'd eat over there when we live in the area. Our waitress (which might have been one of the owners) was absolutely fantastic-very appealing, bubbly and welcoming. We want more places like Samsara. Try the lemongrass soup. The sky is in a bowl.
Truly my favorite restaurant in TC. I had to move away, but while living close, my friends and I regularly came here. We went enough that the people working there knew us and our orders. They are incredibly kind and it’s such good food. Whenever I’m able to get back up north, this will be one of the main places I will make a point to visit.
