Had an amazing takeaway Sunday roast I really enjoyed it and will be back whenever I'm down in Cornwall. Friendly owners and great food would definitely recommend the pub ????????????

Lovely, welcoming pub. We weren't booked but checked with chef and accomodsted us at 8.30pm. Food was great and bonus of available vegan choices. Staff lovely. Great atmosphere. Oh, and the movie Straw Dogs scenes shot in the pub.

Our first meal since lockdown. Had a lovely meal. cornish sole in a to die for fennel, leek and white wine sauce , fresh Newlyn Crab salad. Puddings were also delicious lemon tart and apple and cinnamon pie. Friendly efficient service with all Covid regulations in place. A lovely end to a short break in Cornwall.

We got a great welcoming, very friendly.. definitely gonna go back
