After a long hot day of exploring the Welsh roots of this modern city, we needed an evening meal in our already survived, so use the card) middle budget. Two of us wandered around the city around 21:45 looking for a late night happy hour also as aperitif) with reference to TA to check the recommended restaurants, most of which seemed just pizza, burgers, ice cream or were too expensive and modern stylish sugars). I remembered a parilla at the park on the way back from the bus terminal so that I saw it up, but could not find it until I zoomed in and searched this area, then I found it was not 13/15. We thought we would take a look and if it looked good, we would take a chance despite the bad reviews. We found it at about 10:20 and it was old style with about four groups, families and couples of locals eating in a rather sad atmosphere I am sure it was not a funeral on a Saturday). It was obviously a family restaurant without tablecloths or pretensions and was not far from the Touring Club so our friend could join us after his lie. The decor would not have enjoyed a vegetarian as the furs were hanging around and the huge hot bars of Parilla decorated the guests' tables. We were looking for fish as we were Pescatarians last year). We entered and picked two menus nothing at the door) and the owners came over probably a little surprised that tourists were in a place of locals ' and in Spanish only) helped us explain through the menu, no salmon was on offer and I think how I don't speak Spanish) the wines were what they had, not necessarily those on the menu. She asked us to sit down and almost our order for Merluza as we stood. We thought this was the best option for our budget and style until we agreed to stay. We said our friend would join us. We took the menus to a table among the other diners away from the quite loud) Argentinian folk music and Fox Kick boxing on the overhead TV with volume diverting and only two people 'watch' it! Everything very locally. The young probably) daughter came to orders, we explained our friend came by, but we wanted a bottle of white wine. We found a Colon Torrontes at 200 pretty reasonable although not BA's Bellagamba prices). I described it explicitly pointed out that she agreed and asked if we wanted ice, as they did here for every wine, and it was 35deg outside earlier. She returned shortly afterwards with a Colon Malbec and ice cream! Okay, she's half right! It was unpublished grateful so that I rejected it and specifically asked for the Colon Torrontes at 200, she returned with a not listed) Alaris Trapeche Torrontes, as we had previously as a perfectly good cheap wine, we asked what the price was, she went back to Mama presumably) and returned specifically to another wine at 220, OK we agreed to the additional 20. We did not start the wine in a cooler, but the ice choke) and it was good, not the best obvious we had a better one in Com Riv on the beach with tablecloths for more). It was quite hot in the restaurant as there was no fan or A/C in the large window room obviously built over the front when the garden as it expanded, with a huge poplar tree in the remaining courtyard for smokers. Two of us chose the merluza grillee 200 a la plancha, but not written as such). I took pictures of the menu, but the plastic pages were so clingy that I couldn't see the fish side to not photograph such a picture. I found the 'clingy hidden' side for accompaniments and they were quite expensive to mostly £2004) any, the same price as a main dish! We ordered a salad 250) for a Merluza and a mixed vegetables 200) for my Merluza. Our friend ordered a spaghetti with cream sauce 300). Our friend likes his water so ordered a water with gas at 80 quite expensive). I asked what the size was p, expected a liter at this price, and the girl removed a small bottle with her hands. We needed water. After ordering the girl, we suddenly remembered that we had to limit our money spending and pay with the card, we have a good deal back home when the card was paid online immediately) as we are not sterling left and ATM/Bank payouts are very expensive). The expensive veg did not help and we would have to skip deserts. I checked at the switch and confirmed that no cards were accepted, grrr! The water came as a cooled 660ml soda simphon, which was a novelty for us, but very old designed for them, as you see the great in supermarkets, probably refillable with deposits charged). After it had come to "Grips" with the mechanism, only small quantities could be omitted, since the rest had to gasse again under its own internal pressure, which possibly led to flat water to the left, as no screw opener was possible, it is recharged industrially as in our old days in GB I have an old siphon swedge at home. It took a while until the food arrived. People came and went, the family went, the farm filled. The pretty loud Bouncy rhythm was on a loop, the kickboxing cheering, our wine and water ran out, it was moist and hot, there was no nibble and we were hungry. After all, the food appeared. Not the biggest portions of Merluza we had, but it was only 200. The problem was Milanese NOT grilled! We do not complain, as the accompanying mixed salad and the stuffed mixed vegetables were enormous, so the 250 and 200 were extra worth. A basket of rolls of bread was ploned unceremonially on the table. I left her to remove the sauce at the end, because I didn't want to spoil my appetite in the heat, I am aware of my contradictions, but it was hot and I was hung up to the Moriah Welsh cemetery earlier after the trek. Between the repetitive loud music the boxing commentary was quite clearly heard by no one) so I got up, found the distance, wondered if someone thought nobody did) and I muted the annoying natters and scammers, which the distance to the couples watching half, too much pleasure and the older couple). During the show with women boxer also) a good looking young boxer was bleeded by a racket, not beneficial for a nice meal! It is such a macho environment homophobic graffiti seen in the suburbs of the city). The fish was fresh and beautiful, a pleasant surprise as I expected a parilla's fish to stale when unhappy. Strange that the fish was fried not only on a skill over the already roaring fire, and the vegetables simply grilled. The food was all very delicious, including the pasta, although a bit soggy and about Al Dente after our friend. The fact that no bread and diving was delivered until after the meal is perhaps more a local order unlike satisfying tourists in front with nibbles. The wine and the soda were stretched out, not enough cash to order more) and we have deleted our plates completely after the show! Then we were the last people in the restaurant at 23:50, so we ordered the bill. The table was cleared and finally the bill came. We checked it in total 1570) and the wine was a clearly corrected from 220 to 280! Oh, my God. The dishes were combined prices and correct. We decided not to argue that it was midnight and we were tired) so just left a 50 tip instead of a ten percent 150. We were a bit cold as it was obviously a cheap brand and we had paid 80 for the same wine in BA! The girl asked if the food was good and we answered in the confirmation that was correct, shame about the rest. A little boy son) cleared up the neighboring table, which had some remaining red wine n a glass that he commented. One day the two children will run the restaurant, as the parents were chilled in the courtyard, although they were probably busy in the heat of the day with a roaring open fire from them. I hope the children fit to tourists a bit more tables were laid up with wrong way around cutlery, probably their efforts, as the girl seems to translate a table. We left at midnight and realized how quiet it was, how the inner music dominated the environment. At some point it felt like MP's 'shut that **** bazzouki up' as the unstoppable fast Tempod oompah schlager music with a recurring same beat and singer who was probably on a loop. I saw the laptop was on a playlist. The speakers were huge! We left in cash in 1620, but we had the food good and we had given them a chance. I calm down in 3/5 to help that in their ratings the extra star beat due to their mistakes. If I were incompatible, I would have been colded most! Grilling is without additives!
The place looks picturesque, but you see the place with another face when they serve you. 0 cordiality, besides asking for one thing and bringing you another. as simple as a melanese of Neapolitan chicken with mixed puré! they bring it to me and they tell me that they didn't have any zapallo so it was just mashed potatoes. When they put the dish on my table, the milanes was not Neapolitan, but alone. as I've waited long to accept it like that. Luckily it was pretty good, but good enough to not recommend it and not come back!
We selected options from the letter and in the account of drops the wet approached and informed us that no more...More
Excellent grill. The normal place. The service's pretty loose, I'm really depressing everything. But very rich food.
I was twice, the meat I asked was fine in both cases. on one occasion the only thing they had for dessert was homemade flan, which was not in the letter. Upon receiving the account the price was unmeditated (half of the price of the chorizo biphe I asked). the answer to a claim was an apology from the moza. The second time obviously I didn't order dessert, I just ate main dish. On a table with two people asked for a dish, when they received it they called the moza to complain because it was not what they wanted, the answer was "they serve it like that". the people paid and retired without touching what they had served them. a sample of the disillusionment with which customers are treated in this place and I am not referring only to the staff that attends but seems to be a policy of establishment.
