We found ourselves in Trentinara at dinner time and had the amazing luck to find our way to Gusto Cilento. This is our fourth trip to Italy and both my wife and I agree that this was the best dining experience we have had. To be specific, the welcome we received, the excellent service and the chef recommendations all resulted in a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the best pasta dishes we have ever had paired with a very good local wine. Gusto Cilento is a local restaurant relying on hospitality and great food. Excellent family-owned traditional restaurant offering typical dishes from the beautiful lands around Trentinara. We stopped by for dinner following the suggestion of a friend living in the area and the owner were extremely kind to guide us through their menu suggesting what the season offered best. Good wine, excellent food for the right price. Totally recommended!
