Feedback gevenWe stopped in this restaurant sapori del trentino to find local dishes and taste a good local wine, all in a fast business dinner. not with the time we have all chosen the same dish: the tiroler dumplings (knödel,) a typical trentiner first cure: hearty brotknödel made of white brot, chunk, eggs, speck and wobbly. good, but we found them all a little too salty. in order to accompany them a bottle of turmerized (a very fruity and fragrant local white wine). Finally, we could not try the apfelstrudel (apfelstrudel): a classic dessert, typical of the South Tyrolean tradition, made with a very thin rolled dough (from which the name strudel comes, which means a filling location: a little carefree, but warm and welcoming. service: very fast and punctual. mise en place: simple, but always with white tablecloths and glasses suitable for the wein we have chosen. account: in the norm
