Guys, if you want to feel the gastronomic orgasm I definitely recommend this hot spot! First of all, the location is perfect! If you want to have lunch/ dinner at the historical tower and enjoy the spirit of the old Northern Italy this place is number one in Trento. Secondly the food unique combination of the old school Italian food and the modern updates of it gives you the real satisfaction and understanding of the “dolce vita”. My number one salmon with herbs, steak and seasonal asparagus

Nice atmosphere in a well executed conversion of a large tower into various restaurant rooms. The food was unexceptional but good I ate a chicken salad with grilled chicken on lettuce, tomato, grated carrot. Generous portion fo E8.50. I'm told the beer is good, and I enjoyed a non alcoholic HB (well, under .5% I guess)

The place was crowed because it is new I supposed; this means a little loud but it is aceptable. Food was good and in nice quantities: cannot judge the beer because I do not drink it. Service very fast and polite

I was here with some university friends. The service was good although not extremely fast. Food and beverage was very good.
