Awful staff lied about promotion rules to try and scam more money out of customers. Refused to cancel transaction and yelled at me about their mistakes. Don’t know how to run a business or admit mistakes. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
AVOID this location. Terrible owner. Went in for the lunar year promotion and got two drinks but because they were fave of the day (even though I upsized to large), she refused to honor the promotion. Furthermore, she berated me for asking to modify the toppings where I was simply asking for no boba. Why is this ever an issue when I’m asking for no toppings? I wasn’t asking to substitute. I’ve been to numerous other locations in the Durham area and never was I treated this way. Go to the location on Garden or Salem North where the ppl are lovely and courteous there. The Owner (Indian lady with glasses and short brown hair; worst customer service by far)
Very clean inside the store. Wish the staff were more friendly, more polite, and had a friendly customer service approach. Doesn’t even seem like they wanna even be there and do their job but overall the drinks are pretty good. I like it place inside is very clean. Just the staff needs to do better with their approach towards the customer with a smile and the tone and their voice.
I love this place and this worker who wore pigtails was really kind to me. Yipee!
