Ihop - Trenton

My daughter and I went for breakfast this morning to enjoy our annual Halloween spooky cake! The service was quick, and the food was served piping hot. Our waitress was fantastic! Thank you all for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

This is by far the best iHop I've ever visited, and probably the best I'll ever go to. I've never experienced such consistent quality at any other chain. The food is always served hot, quickly, and just right! The staff here is consistently friendly and helpful. I've never felt this enthusiastic about any other iHop. I highly recommend this location!

We arrived at 19:45 and noticed there was only one cleaned table inside, which was a positive sign that they were attentive. However, the woman who greeted us wasn’t a waitress and appeared to lack experience. We ordered our drinks, and then she took our dinner order about 10 minutes later. I had ordered a classic cheeseburger for my son, who weighs 160 pounds. When the food arrived, I was surprised to see that the burger was tiny! I ordered a turkey dinner, which came with a rather sad-looking salad. When the turkey dinner arrived, I asked about my salad, and she informed me it was on the way. I ended up finishing my salad halfway through my dinner. My other son chose the minion breakfast from the children's menu. When we received our bill, we noticed they hadn’t deducted the children’s meals from our total, despite our ordering an adult dinner! The entire experience took 57 minutes, and we won’t be returning. On a positive note, the turkey dinner was quite good, albeit a little saltier than I expected due to the canned gravy.

The first visit to this place was a birthday brunch. It was easy, but we sat without waiting. The server was very nice and has located us with everything. Steak Omelett, side of the bacon. It also came with pancakes, or your choice from different sides. The food came fast and it was on point. The bacon definitely sat under a heat lamp for a little... The restaurant was clean and also the toilet. Between the seats and the surfaces there are partition walls which are cleaned after leaving the guests. Overall, it was a good experience.

Seriously....save yourself the trip! After we have given up our order for the combo remover (mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and onion rings), we are told that the frit was switched off and we could not get the appetizers. My oldest son ordered plain French toast with one side of bacon. The French toast came from powdered sugar and butter. Plain... as in NO-butter NO-powder sugar. How do you screw a simple French toast? And to finish it, the side of the bacon was not brought out until it was brought to the attention of the server. Wonderfully the frit started working and the appetizer was brought out. However, since they had no mozzarella sticks, they only threw a little extra chicken on the plate and called it good. The server (Nevaeh) never gave us an option for extra chicken or just skip the appetizers. Our final experience was definitely cut off by the gentleman who crashes the ground while we finish our food. The strong bleach odour from the mop bucket was enough to lose your appetite. This was the first time I've ever been to IHOP and will definitely be the last.
