Let me say this, this post is strict about my last experience. Usually when I go here, I'll eat or take out. If I ask her to cook the pizza well, it's perfect. This time I ordered pizza. After an hour and 20 minutes. It was made cold sloppy and the wings were boiled under. I was very hungry and had a guest. We tried to eat, but it made us feel sick. Not food poisoning sick only taste and texture as well as unobtrusive aesthetics. I really hope this was a free terrible day with an unsurpassed trainee chef. I could eat here again, but I have to watch her cook and check the finished product.
Done. Second time ordering from them and was not impressed. Found a full on feather on one of the wings in my order and was told by the driver that my location was a hike . Nothing against him but this is the second time the delivery person has complained about the distance from the restaurant. (had I remember that they also complained on my order from October, I wouldn 't have made a second order tonight). My main gripe is that if my location is too far to deliver too then why not state that when the order is processed? Is it an issue with GrubHub? Can you not adjust your delivery radius? Whatever the issue may be the food isn 't enough to make me care to dive deeper or try again.
I just ordered a pasta dish from them tonight, I had indicated whole-wheat, and linguine as my choices. The app allowed me to do this. Then once my food arrives, I see that I was given penne, instead of linguine. I call them immediately and the employee I spoke to says that for whole-wheat, the only option available is penne, that there is no whole-wheat linguine. Well, how was I supposed to know that? And if that was the case, once I indicated whole wheat, why did the app allow me to choose linguine? This employee was rude and condescending and kept telling me that they didn’t make a mistake because they delivered whole wheat pasta like I had asked, and he kept overlooking the fact that I was given penne instead of linguine. This restaurant should have called me to clarify my order, once they saw that I indicated whole wheat and had chosen linguine, they should have called me and told me that linguine was not an option if I wanted whole wheat. I hate penne, but am now stuck eating it with this dish because I paid for it. The employee didn’t even offer me a partial refund. I will not be doing business with this place again.
Re-used the cups, dust and debris left in the ginger ale
