Be careful, this restaurant will be Swindell you to download their app to get a free voucher after you have all your personal information. If you do, they won't honor the voucher at all. I even spoke to manager Matt and he said there was nothing he could do. He seemed like a nice guy, but felt like the company definitely didn't believe in customer service. So make sure you take your information and send ads all day long, but never honor thier vouchers. Terrible experience.
This place used to be pretty good. Anyway, it's a guess whether the food is decent. More often than not their online order will be down. The latest question I had was to order a pizza right as it opened. I came and there was another client in the line. Apparently the credit card machine was down so that none of us could get our food. It ended with wasting. One would think, because it was not a fault of the customer that they would be able to maintain their food regardless of it. I guess it's okay to waste the time of a customer so you don't lose to $10 for your subpar pizza.
The district manager seems like he's under a lot of stress. He tried to fight my boyfriend and chased him into the parking lot just now. ?
Great food. Quality has recently improved a lot. It seems they have decent workers.
