Sandwiches are okay. Not as good as the hype seems. Seeded bread is very tasty. Got the young man almost 15mins to make 2 basics because he couldn't stop talking. I was in the store at the time.

Place is an overpriced joke? waited for 15 minutes before hanging up for me. I thought they could? ve was busy so I have an online order (to give them the advantage of doubt). I look up 45 minutes after my order and expected the place to be busy? NOPE. I go in and 1 worker cleaned the dining area, another sitting on the counter and another going from behind, chomping on something that she just pushed in her mouth and not a single customer. In addition, no single sandwich was made (online orders etc.) I was granted 15 minutes early for pickup. Usually not b!tch, but this is a joke. Do you trust my word?. Never

2 hours waiting for 4 sandwiches. People have ordered after we were in front of us. Primo is a big franchise, but people in the Ewing are only unclear.

We've been driving to Primos for a long time and the quality of the sandwiches has gone DOWN! We ordered a meatball parm coming on a soggy roll and NO cheese! They also screwed up my order when they gave me a plane instead of a sawed role. Better!

Good but slow as molasses. Twice in the last month I've ordered online with an hour lead time and have had to wait 20+ minutes. People who walked in after me got their food first.
