Neil Pitt's Coffee Shop Cafe

I rang three weeks prior to a planned visit to this store. Spoke with James who was incredibly helpful and assured me that he had plenty of very large winter dressing gowns in stock. I explained that I was travelling up from the coast and my time was limited. On my arrival, James was the first person I spoke with and he instantly recalled our conversation and my name. He then went downstairs and collected some garments and brought them to me to make my selection .He demonstrated the benefits of one garment in particular Aussie made, which I then purchased. Superb service which assures repeat visits. well done and thank you.

Dude was so nice, we had a lovely conversation and he was very helpful in helping me find what I needed.

I brought my son here to find something suitable for leavers. The staff were very friendly and helpful in finding items that fit him and suited his style.

Mum said its not as good as it used to be, but 10/10 would still smash. Absolutely majestic On a side note id love to buy the building and turn it into a club. Majesctic club. 100% a great idea. Hit me up Neil.

The young salesman was fantastic, helpfull and on top of his game. I was in town for a new suit, shoes etc and I'm happy to say that Neil Pitt's is one of the very few retailers in Launceston that hasent lost its customer service As we were leaving the owner walked in the door and stopped for a chat, nice once again to say that customer service and the art of conversation are not dead yet Thanks Neil Pit's for fantastic customer service and most of all friendly and relaxed atmosphere 10 out if 10
