Sunset Grille - Trexlertown

I visited this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday evening for dinner! I really loved my meal and dessert! The atmosphere is similar to that of a sports bar, nothing too special but the food was really tasty! I was impressed by the variety of options available here! I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak without onions, but it came with onions. They remade it, but it was very greasy and the bread broke in two immediately. The chicken seemed dry, likely microwaved, and the excess oil made the bread fall apart. The bar was dirty and sticky even after the bartender wiped it. Flies were constantly flying around our food. Overall, the service was gross. We dined in for lunch and spent $20-30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5. I do not recommend this place for vegetarians.

Nice location with outdoor seating and lots of parking. Chicken wings are decent, Tacos not so taco ish. Beer specials on some days. Margaritas not so on point tastes a bit watered down everytime I've ordered making me think its my tastebuds playing tricks on me. Waiters servers here are a hit or miss sometimes but bartender is always super helpful. Prices are somewhat okay depending on what you're getting but always double check charges on your receipt as a few digits tend to creep up mysteriously. But all in all definitely a try!
