Pizza Square - Trichardt

I have experienced three occasions where the food I received was not fresh. Recently, I ordered a hot chocolate, and it was served warm instead of hot. Additionally, the front desk staff often come across as unfriendly, particularly the newly appointed female receptionist. I have yet to have a fully satisfying visit.

During my lunch visit, I had a great experience overall. The food was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, matching the same rating. I really appreciated the atmosphere, which was inviting and comfortable, also landing at a 4. All in all, it was a delightful dining experience!

I placed my order at 5:45 PM, with a promised delivery time of 50 minutes. By 7:15 PM, I was so frustrated that I decided to leave my house, and that’s when they called. I instructed them to take the pizza back. I can't wait an hour and a half for food when the expected wait was only 50 minutes. I definitely do not recommend using their delivery service. I highly recommend this delicious pizza! Every slice was generously topped, and the cheese was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be trying their other pizza options as well. The toppings were spread from edge to edge, which I loved. The price was more than worth it. Service was for takeout.
