My wife and I visited a restaurant in Kumbakonam yesterday evening (13.03.2020). We waited for over 20 minutes and received a cold reception. They even refused to serve us water. This was our third disappointing experience at this restaurant. They need to improve their customer service, especially for their staff like Sampath Iyer. The management should properly train their service staff.

The restaurant is exceptionally clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The food is delicious and served quickly. The prices are very affordable. I highly recommend this place and would visit again every day!

I also visited this restaurant named A2B. They offer a variety of snacks, candy, tuna items, tea, coffee, and refreshing drinks. The food is prepared very cleanly, but the prices are on the high side. However, the portion sizes are quite generous for the cost. The seating is comfortable and the overall ambiance is neat. I would rate it 4.1 out of 5.

A2b wanted to capture the business and they opened too many restaurants. the quality and service is a mixed bag. there is another a2b within a distance from this place. a2b is a clink of all shops with chaat articles, sweets and spices, south...Indian etc. but quality of food is not exceptional. cute items are good, but there is no article that can be called speciality. service is not very fast

The quality from such a high standard restaurant is unacceptable.The quality of the raw mango was very poor.
