Plaza Grill - Trier

Most of them were eating salted. Service was not often with us to ask if we want to drink. It would often fall down plates and plates and glasses somewhere (supported by the staff). The food was generally not good this evening. But from 8 guests, all 8 found it not good enough. That was a pity because we were so happy to come with you. 3 participants had already eaten in your house and thought it was much better than on Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve was apparently not a good cook at work. Very bad!

Hello together we were already eating some paints here in Plaza Grill and were always very satisfied because the restaurant is run in great silence and the food simply tastes incredibly delicious. We went to eat with you 1 to 2 times a month. But today we were seriously disappointed by the service. We had reserved a table for 16:30 and were also on time but we were told they had no place and were surprised that we wanted to eat what was kind of strange because they had expected a group in the evening we had to take a table on a bar and should then keep in a titched, because the table was deeper than the chairs themselves and that the worst was that the responsible in the service was simply said to the competent waiter we had to disappear again So, because of such unacceptable conditions, we no longer come back for such a high price quota you have to treat the guests differently. So Dear Plaza Team may not happen to you myself as head of the game in the service and with us this behavior would already have serious consequences. But good hope the management reads these criticisms here that what changes to the employees' behaviour towards the guests.

We ordered 5 x steak in different cooking levels Cooking stages were not reached repeatedly - one wanted to prepare the steak 2x separately. We also ordered drinks that the staff, despite being present, did not know. Not recommended by price performance.

Very friendly staff. Great food! We like to come back!
