This ice cream shop is the only real ice cream parlor in Triggiano, which mainly produces the artisan spumone like that of the past, what my grandfather pastry was a master in doing it. Excellent handicraft ice creams and croissants..... It closes too early, it opens too late, so making customers always stay the same, I discovered it by chance.... So a heartfelt advice, be a little more elastic with the times, especially in summer, you sell much more also thanks to the tourists, and maybe the younger ones would discover the real ice cream.....
