Pizza Hut - Trinidad

I ordered delivery through the mobile app, left a tip, and thought everything was set. However, my order was mistakenly switched to pickup. When I called to try and correct it, I was assured that my order would be delivered soon. Unfortunately, it never arrived. When I called the restaurant again, I was told that someone had already picked up my order. I was unable to get a refund for the food I never received. I have had multiple issues with this restaurant in the past, but this was the most frustrating experience. It may be time for them to make some changes. To the person who ended up with my food, I hope you enjoy my favorite children's pizza!

The staff was quick and very friendly towards my son and me. The pizza and wings were delicious!

I was told that my order was for delivery and never received it. After waiting 30 minutes and calling multiple times, I was informed that someone else had picked up my order and there was nothing they could do to help me. I had too many issues with this restaurant and will not be returning.

Did not receive the pizza, and you are manager and hired said I didn't order funny my bank said I had an email from you that I just reset my money as we asked and you have no employees ever to do with me again.

Really good pizza and the best bread sticks I have ever had! They were soft and fluffy inside and perfectly buttery and lightly crisp outside!!! Thank you for a delicious dinner ??
