Feedback gevenI enjoy the people here as well as their food. I would consider this place one of my top hidden gems. First time I went here I had their Crabcake Patty Melt with Mac and Cheese Balls as an appetizer. Then I literally craved it for the next couple weeks until I returned with my girlfriend and yet again with my cousin. Every time I tell myself I'll try and save some but end up devouring all of my yummy food. I also personally like the feel of the environment which makes me feel as though I'm escaping the general New Port Richey essence. Great place to check out if you haven't. One of my absolute favorite places in this area! I'm just sorry that my photos do not do the food justice.
Highly disappointed. I 'm from Maryland, born and raised. Drove over 3 hours from where we live now in Florida to this place. I saw a post on Facebook from Locash saying it was authentic MD cakes. Nothing authentic about the crabcakes. Over fried ball of bread with very little meat. The website says backfin and claw meat in the cakes. Not true. The crab bisque is more like a can of thick condensed soup with no crab meat and a sprinkle of old bay. It was cold and gross. Should have know from the prices nothing was authentic. Unless you think seeing a fried ball with little strings of what might be crab throughout filler is what you want. I tasted it, told the girl, and gave it back to her. I didn 't eat it.
What took me so long to come here?! I just moved from Southern Maryland and it's awesome I can have that style of seafood in Florida! One of the best crab cake I've ever had! Need to come back and try the rest of the menu! Cream of Crab Bisque was flavorful and had lumps of crab it, but a little heads up, it's thick like Greek yogurt. Not a bad thing, just don't expect a normal Bisque.
Been driving by for years always saying we wanted to go in. Today we finally did and it was amazing food. I had the crab cake sandwich and my wife had the fish tacos. Great flavor and No Fill in the cakes. The servers were very nice and smiling which always make it a nice experience .We go to too many places where they seem to be inconvenienced by you being in their restaurant/store. This will definitely be on our list of regular stops!!
The Crab: As having extended family from Maryland, the only thing this menu lacks is Lump Crab broiled. The owners, however, have managed to use claw and fin meat for an excellent flavor to align to the real deal up north. This provides a cost effective and favorable offering of Crab for locals. Location: Tucked along accessible roadway close to Trinity, Tarpon Springs, and New Port Richey Family friendly? If they can chew, they'll have something to eat. Watch out for outdoor park benches over mulch, ants like feet. Adult beverages? None here. Coke products, good iced tea, badic bottled water. Parking: Easily accessible. Bathroom: Port O Potty Would it go back? Definitely. They're moving locations this year to the coastal New Port Richey by word of mouth. I hope the planned expanded kitchen, new bar, and water access translates to a broiled lump Crab offering. Then they'll be unstoppable and worth a pilgrimage from any distance in our state!!!
