The team are very friendly , and I tried most of the coffe shops in Tripoli but the service and the taste was the best in new town

They have a very good atmosphere but they need to work on the staff communication with the clients. I think ethically you don't have to be rude with client.

Cozy ambiance good for studying, great service, nice waiters, prices are fair but might be considered a bit costly.
