Mcdonald's - Trois-Rivières

Last 2 mobile orders were not right.. First time, no mcchicken but the put the poutine (replacement of fries). Second time, not right size of fries...

That's my friend. ds franchise is a little difficult to summarize in a short review, it can best be described as exactly the same as every other mcdonalds on earth!

Very good prices, good variety, I rarely go there. they can find things that they cannot find on some other places. good quality! I would be in the future for all their products as they are very good. every time I go there, I take the recommended special of the day, that is good all the time, winter and summer, especially the morning in the weeks when the parking is available.

Self service terminals weren 't working. Cashier couldn 't understand English at all. Whole order making procedure looked like a pantomime: pointing into a plasma that is demonstrating their menu in French and then explaining quantity using fingers, because one, two, three was even hard to understand. Maybe it 's totally my fault by not being able to speak French in Quebec, but at least please give a chance to those like me. Turn on self-service terminals!

Food was decent..not hot but with promotion had some value attached. Service was polite. Men's bathroom faucet was not working well..important especially with Covid health standards in play. Did mention it to employee, hopefully follow up will be done.
