Graffi Grill Tromso - Tromsoe

Had a great dinner with my girlfriend. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and fast staff. The food was also very good. We have some wishes criticism points: Salad was without dressing (Chopped Steak dish) the steak was little dry the berry sauce with the chocolate fondant would taste better it was warm. Overall we can recommend the restaurant.

We ordered burgers and meat grills to share and were impressed by the price performance (for Tromsø. Service was excellent and the desserts went a treat: chocolate fondant (love and gooey and grilled pineapple). We're definitely going back. The atmosphere was really good.

Nice and modern. Lovely service friendly chatty staff. Not long waiting for food. Food was delicious. They have toilets but it's unisex cubicles. We went back a second night food was still good. Apart the dessert graffi volcano the licorice was way over powering and the strawberries are not fresh they much drowned In a watery strawberry sauce I have to admit it was awful I had 2 bites and left it abit waste of money.

We’ve been coming to Graffi as a family since the week it opened and always enjoyed it. And I’ve used it several times for company events for my sales team, again, with great results. Until today, ordered through Wolt. (Which we’ve also done many times. . Today was disappointing in all respects: food quality, presentation, and quantity. Our food was totally cold. The fries were utterly soggy. So was the huge pile of tortilla chips the small amount of meat was piled on. The tomato salad was dry and the rucola looked like it had been sitting out since lunch. Yesterday’s lunch. We ordered the Grill Fest for 3, as we have done many times. But we were deeply disappointed this time the entrecôte was tasteless and there was hardly any of it. (Is Any of the meat actually grilled anymore? Seemed to have just been half heartedly warmed up. . In fact there was hardly enough food for 2 people, let alone 3. Much more meat used to be served with this order! Similarly my daughter’s portion of ribs was small and she ended up hungry. She’s only 11 and doesn’t eat that much! So we finished our meal feeling disappointed, still hungry, and frankly, ripped off to have paid so much for so little. I’m shocked at how far Graffi’s standards have slipped, and after all these years as a customer, I can’t imagine coming back in or ordering again. Please bring back the Graffi Grill of old.

We were headed to the ferry terminal, so decided to have dinner here. Surprisingly, the prices are quite reasonable as long as you do not imbibe and also do not order the serving platters. We ordered the ribs in Asian sauce, as well as two original ribs. The ribs were a generous portion, but tasted slightly ‘porky’ and dry. But the fries were very good and went with the biernaise and the garlic mayo. We also had two steaks in different sizes and they were okay. Service at the table was good, while the greeter at the reception looked like she would rather be elsewhere.
