I’ve found the only Chinese restaurant in South Ayrshire that offers a remarkably diverse gluten-free menu. The food is excellent and satisfies my cravings for a classic Chinese takeaway, which I thought I'd lost when I developed a wheat allergy; it's especially great for curing a hangover, too. They post their menu on their Facebook page and have noted that they use separate fryers and a dedicated area in the kitchen for gluten-free preparation. However, they recommend ordering on weekdays if you have a severe sensitivity, to minimize the risk of cross-contamination during busy times. Everything you order gluten-free will also come with a GF sticker on it.
