What an awesome experience my GF and I had here. I love the staff, I adore their coffee. Smoothies are delicious!! Muffins are soft and tasty!! Love Katie she is amazing thank you for taking good care of us!!

Today Saturday 27 January 2024, at Merritt Mall. I walked up to the kiosk today, there were no people just the woman dark hair, glasses, working behind the counter. I very friendly said good morning how are you? Got ignored. I repeated again in a friendly voice hello, how r you? She looked up annoyed, doesn 't greet just said what 's your order I said good morning she stared back and I said you can at least greet the customers. I am absolutely appalled by the rude and terrible service and attitude she should not work with people at all! I was at this kiosk 5 years ago and I remember it having a different logo with very friendly staff. I 'm so shocked today, I would never order here because of this women. Please employee people who actually wants a job.

They make an amazing mocha iced coffee and the workers are very kind.
