Buffalo Wild Wings - Troy

The food has been getting smaller over the years. It's kind of hit or miss. It's usually great if you dine in, but take out can be a little disappointing. Sometimes I'm not sure how some of the food passes inspection.

Our waiter completely ignored us, and the plates we were given were still wet and had leftover food from previous diners. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, our food didn't arrive until we asked about it, only to find it cold and sloppily presented. Even the fries were cold, leading us to believe that our order had been forgotten somewhere. Our assigned waiter was nowhere to be found, and when we approached other staff members for assistance, they showed little concern. It's a disappointing experience, and I have no intention of returning to that establishment.
