Cook Out - Troy

One was supposed to be coming to my town so we when we saw it we had to stop. It was great you get 2 side per plate and your sides can be nuggets,corn dog etc. This place has everything. Great food and friendly staff.

Always had great food and experience at cookout EXCEPT Troy Al. Very rude customer service at drive thru. Ordered trays and was going to order shakes but the rude employee gave us our total and would not come back on speaker when we tried to add ourmilkshakes. The BLT sandwich was missing the tomato and I did not get my cheese bites. I will eat at cookout again because Ilove the shakes and cheer wine BUT never again at Troy location. They need some serious training there

I went through the drive-thru. The wait wasn't long. The burger combo was tasty. A popular fast food chain is a neighbor to Cook Out. My family and I couldn't understand why customers weren't eating at Cook Out instead. When I go through Troy this will be aregular stop.

I normally don?t complain because today im being truthful. Only one person was doing there job in the place. i stood around and a group of workers was standing around talking and laughing and i was at the counter and they actually looked at me andcontinued with there conversation. The food use to be really good but today it wasn't the best. i thought i was getting my moneyworth today but i just spent a good bit on nothing. im not very happy

The burgers are to die for, and I'm definitely a big fan of their Cajun fries and milkshakes. If it's your 1st time trying this place you definitely have to order your favorite fruit flavored milkshake!
