Dairy Queen (treat) - Troy

My son wanted a vanilla milkshake, so we decided to stop by. We were the second customers in line, but it took 15 minutes just to get our milkshake! There were three staff members working that day (September 24th at 5:55 PM). Two of the girls, who hardly seemed to be working, were flirting with a young man in line and constantly looking at their phones. Meanwhile, the line was getting longer, and I was losing my patience! I wanted to tell them to put their phones away and focus on their jobs. Instead of giggling and chatting, they should have been attending to the customers so we could get served. The only person who was actually working was the man who eventually made our milkshakes. The overall state of the place was messy. If they're there to work, they should at least keep it clean for the paying customers!

Every time I go past 7 PM, the security guard tells me they’re closed, but everywhere it says they’re open until 9 PM.

The strawberry mango smoothie was delightful—just the right amount of sweetness. It was a perfect refreshment for a hot day.

Very incompatible with their smoothies. either pretty good or totally terrible. their workers are not friendly either.

The WORST customer service. When you have a large order, you as an employee should be working on that order. NOT talking with ur coworkers about the girl over there who you thought is working at footlocker. Like Wth. Nobody wants to hear ur lame conversations when we are waiting for our ice cream! Yes you told me it 'll be 5 minutes bc you have a large order, this then took over 15 mins just standing there bc you are making jokes about hoping that lady with the huge order tips you good , and oh wow you wish you had $50 to spend on stuff.. like seriously? She 's feeding her family at ur place of work. Stfu and get your orders done! I demanded my money back and the lady at the cashier thought she was cute giving attitude and saying I 'm not even going to argue bc I 'll lose my ****! .... A little bit of advice to you workers, don 't talk about customers and tipping, when you have a line and customers waiting ; stop talking about **** and get their orders in! I 'm never coming there again. It 's become a shitshow. I 'd give it 0 stars bc you 're not even worth the 1 star i have to put to write this review
