Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. They will mess up your order and then blame you for it, which makes no sense. I ordered a bagel and the cream cheese on it did not even look like cream cheese and when I tasted it, it had gone bad. The employees are nice but the manager is the rudest. Would rather drive a few extra miles someplace else than waste my energy with them.
The food is pretty good, but their coffee frozen drinks are the best! It can be a bit pricey (at least to me, anyway), but if you download the app, they have awesome rewards/offers, making it much more affordable!Every time I've been there, it's been super busy, so I recommend using the drive-thru if possible. The crew is incredibly hard-working, but they tend to prioritize drive-thru orders. So if you do walk in, I'd suggest ordering ahead through the app. Otherwise, you can expect to be waiting around for a while.
It was difficult to navigate the parking lot, as there were no available spaces in the back and I got stuck behind another car in the drive-thru. I was unable to maneuver around the corner in the drive-thru due to a snowbank and the angle of the truck in front of me. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes before I was able to move.
Didn't have any donuts which caused my doordash customer to get angry, because they already paid for them.
